At Cuddle Clones, we want you to love your fashion pieces as much as your pets; if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items. Please note that custom-printed apparel is eligible for a replacement or store credit to ensure you get the perfect fit and design.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
